【類結核型麻瘋】
單個或少數界限明顯的淡紅色或黃色斑塊，邊緣微微隆起，中央會變為膚色或色素脫失，早期即合併知覺障礙，Lepromin test往往是陽性反應，無法檢出麻瘋分枝桿菌。
