治久赤白痢。
及瀉水方。
川烏頭（二枚一枚豆煮一枚生用為末) 上以黑豆半合，入水同煮。
黑豆熟為度。
與豆同研爛。
丸如綠豆大。
每服，以黃連湯下五丸。
