<P>治水瀉、食瀉、積瀉、赤白痢，休息痢，無問遠年日近，並皆治之。 </P>

<P>黃連（二兩，一半生用，一半熟用炒） 吳茱萸（淨，二兩） 罌粟殼（二兩，去筋末十分，炒） 上為細末，用陳倉米粉同好米醋打糊為丸，如梧桐子大，每服五、七十丸，空心，米飲湯送。</P>
