<P>夫草還丹者，不用金石，不加燥熱，不傷五臟，只以草藥為用，全在製度之妙，得水火既濟 養，令延年益壽，乃仙家之良劑，平補大有效驗。 </P>

<P>蒼朮（四兩，一兩酒浸，一兩醋浸，一兩米泔浸，一兩鹽水浸，各一宿） 葫蘆巴（一兩，酒楝子）茯苓（堅圓） 上件晒乾為細末，無灰酒糊為丸，如梧桐子大，每服三、五十丸，溫酒送下，或鹽湯亦可，隸 不 常。</P>
