<P><STRONG>今天清晨，日本長野跟千葉，出現5.5跟6.3的地震，而就在台灣時間下午1點07分左右，東北的茨城福島等地，又出現芮氏規模6.3的地震。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>日本氣象廳表示，海邊的潮位可能有變化，不過沒有發生海嘯的危機，目前為止，尚未獲報有災情。</STRONG></P>
