<P><STRONG>（路透倫敦5日電）英國氣象局 （Met <SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=Office">Office</SPAN>）今天說，自<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=100">100</SPAN>年前，英國開始紀錄各地氣候以來，上個月是英國經歷過最寒冷的12月。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>英國去年12月平均氣溫攝氏零下1度，遠低於長期均溫4.2度，比1981年12月創下的0.1度低溫紀錄還要冷。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>英國氣象局之前公布的數據顯示，英國各地12月天氣特別冷且下雪特多，氣溫經常掉到零下10度，深夜更下降到零下20度。</STRONG></P>
