<P><BR><STRONG>這個地區的學校被迫停裸，公路發生無數交通意外，位於雪城以西的紐約州收費公路，3部貨櫃車連環相撞後，公路被封閉5個小時。除了紐約上州外，賓州西北部也受到這股大風雪影響，會降雪到星期五。<BR></STRONG></P>
