<P><STRONG>（法新社柏林6日電） 歐洲中央銀行（ECB）今天宣布新措施以協助歐元區銀行增加流動性，以期避免歐元區可能出現的信用危機。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>歐洲央行總裁特瑞謝（Jean-Claude Trichet）表示，歐洲央行負責決策的理事會「已經決定推出兩項較長期再融通方案…一個是從10月起大約12個月到期，另一個是從12月起大約13個月到期」。</STRONG></P>
