<P> </P>恆山（半兩銼） 附子（半兩炮裂去皮臍） 薄荷根（半兩） 麝香（一錢細研） 阿魏（一分麵裹煨麵熟為度) 上件藥，搗羅為末。
<P> </P>和阿魏麝香。
<P> </P>都研令勻，煉蜜和丸，如梧桐子大，每於食前，以溫酒下十五丸。
