<P><STRONG>國際貨幣基金(IMF)歐洲區主管柏格斯(Antonio Borges)今天(5日)在布魯塞爾發布「歐洲經濟展望報告」(economic outlook for Europe)時警告，<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2012">2012</SPAN>年全球經濟出現衰退將「無法避免」，同時也指出「全球經濟活動將會下滑」。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>在這份<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=100">100</SPAN>頁的「歐洲經濟展望報告」裡，柏格斯指出，就在希臘出現主權債務危機的同時，也引發了新的銀行危機，他接著說，IMF建議改變緊縮政策的作法，改採美國及英國式的刺激經濟政策，活絡經濟成長。<BR></STRONG></P>
