<P><BR><STRONG>交易雙方並沒有透露這件事，它是被一家專門蒐尋專利權新聞的網路業者，在美國專利與商標申請案件中，意外發現。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>據報導，雙方已經在八月秘密完成交易，差不多就在Google與摩托羅拉行動通訊部門，達成收購協議前後，Google收購摩托羅拉也是著眼在專利權。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>Google與它的硬體合作廠家，和蘋果以及微軟的專利權官司大戰，日趨白熱化，Google的手機作業系統<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=Android">Android</SPAN>現在市佔率最高，使用Android的手機大廠，包括宏達電、三星以及摩托羅拉，都被蘋果告過侵權。</STRONG></P>
